An extraordinary black comedy that explores the limits of survival and absurdist political power games. The story takes place in times of elections in Mexico. A candidate for Governor runs over a pregnant migrant. After the accident, and to avoid a possible scandal, he hides her in a building he owns. Pressured by his political boss and so as not to ruin his political career, the candidate evicts the migrant. In a non-realistic style, the film focuses on the stories that surround the migrant during her search for a room. A radical film, with a critical gaze, that reflects the spirit of contemporary Mexican society.

Conceived in lockdown, and totally crowdsourced, the film is made from voice notes sent in from a variety of the most trusted humans on the planet, and the pictures are made from thousands of donated images sent in from citizens on every continent.

Heik Ernitsa's directorial debut "Encounter" is a humorous story about dreams and reality. "Street" by Valter Uusberg paints a nervous and gloomy picture of the artificial environment of the city. Mati Küti's satirical "Monument" dissects egocentrism in a grotesque tone.

The playful film 1+1+1 shot on classical (old fashioned?) 16mm medium deals with the idea of progress. Progress is an issue that is becoming more and more pressing in these times of crisis developing to crisis developing to crisis – maybe progress of crisis? With a leap in the technologisation of life, but also growing inequalities and various tensions. We love progress, improvements, advances, growth. Is there a space for another loves? The film integrates situational acting with joyful elements of musical with meetings mostly writers and intellectuals in their natural environment. The story progresses through a road movie (sometimes a walk movie) – the journey of three main fictional characters.
